Not at all. This workshop is beginner-friendly and supportive of all fitness levels. No prior gym experience is necessary—we’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there.

You can expect a mix of guided strength training, confidence-building exercises, community discussions, and self-reflection activities. Our approach is personalized, empowering, and rooted in body celebration—not comparison.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and supportive footwear. Please bring a water bottle, a towel if you'd like, and any personal items that help you feel grounded (e.g., a journal).

We will have snacks and beverages available throughout the entire workshop. We encourage you to come with a satisfied belly. After the event, we’ll be heading over to a local pub where we can continue to hang and get a full meal.

Early bird tickets will be available in June (exact date TBD) and regular ticket sales will start in July (exact date TBD). Prices will be listed as soon as tickets are available! We will do our best to make this event as accessible as possible.
